Terms and Conditions
The "Spin The Wheel" offer ("OFFER" or “CONTEST”) is provided by www.idee-eyewear.com ("IDEE"). Please carefully read these terms and conditions ("T&Cs") prior to participating in the offer. By engaging with the offer, you agree to adhere to these T&Cs and affirm that you meet all eligibility criteria outlined herein. These T&Cs are supplementary to IDEE’s Terms & Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice, which you shall be deemed to accept by utilizing the website www.idee-eyewear.com (hereafter referred to as "IDEE"). In the event of any conflict between IDEE’s Conditions of Use and these T&Cs, the latter shall take precedence solely with respect to the offer. Within the context of these T&Cs, "You" or "“Your" refers to any individual participating in the Contest.
ELIGIBILITY:
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest: (a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India; (b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on IDEE Website; (c) You have a billing address within the territory of India (d) You should enter this Contest through the website of IDEE at www.idee-eyewear.com;
DETAILS OF THE OFFER AND HOW TO ENTER:
- This Offer will be available from 24th October 2024 from 12:00:00 AM (IST) to 01st November 2024 11:59:59 PM (IST) only ("Offer Period").
- To enter, you must, during the Offer Period: (a) sign-in to your IDEE account (b) once you enter at www.idee-eyewear.com , you can participate in the Offer by navigating to the "Spin The Wheel" page; (c) click on the "wheel". Each participant will be given only one chance to click on the wheel; and (c) based on the result of the spin, you will proceed to claim your offer, subject to the terms provided hereunder.
- Each slice of the wheel will contain 1 (one) Offer, and such slice will fall under a specific offer.
MAILING LIST:
By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for www.idee-eyewear.com. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.
OTHER CONTESTS:
Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit and/ or prize awarded in any other promotion/ contest unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.
OFFER:
Subject to fulfilment of these T&Cs, the "offers" will be awarded. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. However, IDEE may refund the amount, if paid, or issue the same as store credit at IDEE's sole discretion. If you win an offer, you may not transfer, assign, or redeem the offer for cash. Subject to claiming the offer within the Offer Period, the offer can be availed by the customer on or before 1st November 2024. A customer will be eligible to claim only 1 (one) offer on which the pointer of the spin wheel stopped.
Conditions to avail the offer:
- Return and exchange will be allowed on all the products except on any free products.
- No refund or return is offered where the purchase is made by availing the “Spin The Wheel” offer. Only store credit may be provided on return.
- To return / exchange any product, please raise your return/exchange request to team IDEE by mailing at customer.care@loziofigo.com.
- All other return / exchange will remain same in terms of product QC, which shall include, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing:
-Return Request can be placed within 7 days of delivery.
-All packaging material, i.e. cases, cleaning cloth & warranty card must be returned.
- After receiving the return and quality check, we will immediately initiate the store credit.
- Any amount charged towards shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Purchase of free product will be declined by IDEE’s sole discretion.
ADDITIONAL TERMS:
IDEE may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in its sole discretion, change any of the terms of these T&Cs or cancel the offer at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Contest should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond its control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contest or submission of entries. IDEE is not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or (d) injury or damage to your or any other computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Contest. IDEE may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or any IDEE; (b) acting in violation of these T&Cs; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If your entry is incomplete or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be void. The authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Contest at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these T&Cs in the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domains associated with the submitted e-mail addresses. No benefits greater than those described in the "Description of the Contest and How to Enter" and "Prizes" sections above in these T&Cs will be awarded.
MISCELLANEOUS:
The Contest and all accompanying materials are by www.idee-eyewear.com , or its affiliates. All rights reserved. No requests for transfer or assignment or redemption of the benefits shall be entertained. You agree that all decisions made by IDEE related to the Offer are final and binding on you. Failure by IDEE to enforce any of these T&Cs in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the T&Cs and shall not give rise to any claim by any person. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of India and courts at Kolkata shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes or any matter arising here from.
FORCE MAJEURE:
This Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of www.idee-eyewear.com ("Force Majeure Event"). IDEE website shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to you as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
LIABILITY RELEASE:
This Offer is being made purely on a "best effort" basis and participating in this Contest is voluntary. By participating in the Contest, you will be legally bound hereby, to release from liability, and hold harmless IDEE, and any of its affiliates, employees or agents representing or related to www.idee-eyewear.com and its services/products. This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death), property loss or damage, and misuse of the benefits/ Prizes offered under this Contest, in connection with any activity or directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, or participation in the Contest, even if caused or contributed to by www.idee-eyewear.com’s negligence.
