We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been dispatched.
Address Change After Placing Your Order:
To change the delivery address before your order is shipped please contact our customer care team over WhatsApp at 9051849012.
Please note, your delivery address cannot be changed after the order has been shipped.
To update or change your saved addresses:

No delivery charges are applicable for any shipments made within India. This is subject to our terms and conditions.

On payment confirmation we will dispatch the product from the warehouse within 24-36 hours and it may take 2-7 working days for you to receive the parcel, depending on your delivery location.
Orders can be returned, subject to our return policy. If you wish to return a product, please contact customer.care@loziofigo.com or WhatsApp us on 9051849012 within 7 days of receiving of the product.
